Our kit includes premium grade 3M Scotch-Brite® pads made from both silicon carbide and aluminum oxide, rather than low-quality synthetic plastics found in other pads/kits.
Developed by Watches of Calibre Australia and used by professional watchsmiths in mop wheel versions, we offer the same product but in conveniently sized pads for easy hand use, eliminating the need for costly machinery.

WatchAID™ Refinishing kit contains 4 unique pads, each with a different grit level, starting from a Medium 180 grit for the removal of deeper scratches all the way up to Satin 800+ grit for achieving a factory finish. We have also included double the quantity of the finer pads that are more commonly used, allowing you to service multiple watches or to have them on hand for future use.
